Sample Shipping & Mailing Responsibility

Please note that customers are responsible for preparing, packaging, and mailing their hair or saliva sample to our testing location. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer.

After purchasing your test, you will receive detailed instructions on how to collect and mail your sample, along with a printable intake form that must be completed and included in your package.

By purchasing a Qest4 Bioenergetic Testing Kit through Bioenergetic Navigation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following information, limitations, responsibilities, and terms.

1. Nature and Purpose of Bioenergetic Testing

Qest4 and Asyra bioenergetic testing are alternative wellness assessment methods intended to explore energetic patterns and potential areas of imbalance within the body.

These systems use principles associated with bioenergetics, electromagnetic frequencies, and traditional meridian concepts to generate wellness-related information.

Qest4 bioenergetic testing is not a conventional medical diagnostic test. The methods used have not been scientifically established as reliable for diagnosing diseases, identifying allergies or food intolerances, detecting parasites or heavy metals, measuring hormone or neurotransmitter levels, or determining nutritional deficiencies.

Any information provided through testing is intended for general wellness education and personal exploration only.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical Care

Bioenergetic Navigation does not represent Qest4 testing as a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

The testing and consultation services provided are not intended to:

• Replace laboratory testing, imaging, allergy testing, or other clinically validated medical procedures.

3. Understanding Your Testing Results

The names of these profiles describe categories within the bioenergetic assessment system. They do not mean that the system can medically diagnose or accurately measure the conditions or substances referenced.

Results should not be interpreted as confirmed medical findings.

For example:

• A food sensitivity result does not establish a medically confirmed food allergy or intolerance.

• A parasitic profile result does not establish the presence or absence of a parasitic infection.

4. Hair and Saliva Sample Collection

Customers are responsible for collecting their own hair or saliva samples according to the instructions provided after purchase.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for following all sample collection instructions.

• You must package your sample appropriately for mailing.

• You must include the required completed intake form and identifying information with your sample.

• Incorrectly collected, insufficient, damaged, contaminated, or improperly identified samples may require recollection and resubmission.

• You may be responsible for additional mailing expenses if another sample is required.

Hair and saliva samples submitted for Qest4 testing are not analyzed using conventional clinical laboratory methods. They are used as part of the provider's bioenergetic assessment process and should not be confused with medical hair analysis, genetic testing, or laboratory saliva testing.

5. Customer Responsibility for Shipping and Mailing Costs

The customer is solely responsible for mailing their sample to our designated testing location and paying all associated shipping and postage costs.

The purchase price of the Qest4 testing service does not include the cost of shipping your sample to our facility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Bioenergetic Navigation is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or improperly delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are encouraged to use a shipping method that provides tracking information and to retain proof of mailing.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package is correctly addressed and contains all required materials.

6. Intake Form and Accuracy of Information

A completed intake form is required as part of the testing process.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of their knowledge, including relevant health history, current concerns, medications, and other requested details.

Information provided through the intake form may be used to guide the wellness consultation and discussion of results.

Customers understand that the intake form is not a medical examination and does not establish a patient-provider relationship with a licensed medical professional.
