• Instructions for collecting and mailing a hair or saliva sample.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update services, provided that we fulfill existing purchase obligations or offer an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

3. Important Medical Disclaimer

Bioenergetic Navigation does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency medical services through its Qest4 wellness assessments.

Qest4 and Asyra bioenergetic assessments are alternative wellness methods. They are not scientifically established as reliable methods for diagnosing medical conditions, detecting food allergies or intolerances, identifying infections or parasites, measuring hormone levels, or detecting toxic substances.

The information generated by these assessments is intended for general wellness education and exploration only.

Our services are not intended to:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases.

4. Eligibility to Purchase

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian to purchase and use our services.

Parents or legal guardians purchasing services for minors represent that they have the legal authority to consent to the requested services and the collection and processing of the minor's information and sample.

We may request additional authorization when necessary.

Customers agree to provide accurate information during checkout, sample submission, and consultation scheduling.

5. Ordering and Payment

All purchases are subject to the prices and descriptions displayed on our website at the time of checkout.

By submitting an order, you agree to pay the stated purchase price and any applicable taxes or additional charges disclosed before completing your purchase.

Payment must be successfully processed before services are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Hair and Saliva Sample Collection

Customers purchasing Qest4 testing services are responsible for collecting their hair or saliva samples according to the instructions provided.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

1. Samples must be collected following the supplied instructions.

2. Samples must be packaged securely and appropriately.

3. The required intake form must be completed and included.

4. The customer's full name, email address, and purchase date must accompany the sample.

5. Samples that are missing, insufficient, improperly labeled, or unsuitable for processing may require recollection and resubmission.

Customers may be required to cover additional mailing costs if a replacement sample is necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers if a submitted sample cannot be processed.

7. Shipping and Mailing Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for packaging, mailing, and paying all shipping and postage costs associated with sending their samples to our testing location.

Shipping costs for mailing samples to our facility are not included in the Qest4 testing purchase price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that packages are correctly addressed and contain the necessary information.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information.

Bioenergetic Navigation is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or misdelivery caused by independent shipping carriers to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a package does not arrive, the customer should contact the shipping carrier and notify Bioenergetic Navigation so that available options can be discussed.

Any additional sample submission requirements will be communicated through the instructions provided with the purchase.

8. Intake Forms and Customer Information

Customers must complete the required intake form accurately and to the best of their knowledge.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.

If we are unable to provide a purchased service, we will communicate available remedies, including any refund required by applicable law.

Where included in the purchased service, customers will be contacted to arrange a Zoom consultation after their assessment has been completed.

Customers understand that:
